202 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese alloy. It has high ductility, good corrosion resistance and excellent toughness in both high and low temperature environments. 202 stainless steel is one of the most widely used 200 series stainless steel. 202 stainless steel, the austenitic structure is stabilized by the addition of nickel and manganese, thereby preventing the formation of harmful phases, such as sigma phase or chromium carbide. The high nickel content also improves the corrosion and oxidation resistance of the steel at high temperatures.

We provide a complete range of stainless steel coil products covering the 200 series, 300 series, and 400 series. Utilizing an integrated metallurgical process, our coils are produced through precision hot rolling, cold rolling, and automated annealing and pickling processes, with thickness and shape controls that exceed international standards such as JIS, ASTM, and EN. Our products are available in a comprehensive range of surface finishes, including 2B, BA, brushed, mirror, and embossed textures. Each coil comes with material certification and full traceability documentation, making it suitable for applications in shipbuilding, construction, food machinery, automotive components, and specialized industrial sectors. We support customization of chemical composition, thickness tolerances, and surface treatment solutions, and offer technical selection guidance.

As a source manufacturer with fully integrated independent production capabilities, our stainless steel coil production line combines metallurgical-grade process control and an intelligent manufacturing system, achieving end-to-end quality traceability from raw materials to finished products. The production line consists of two core process modules: hot rolling and cold rolling. The hot rolling unit utilizes a high-stiffness four-high reversible rolling mill and laminar cooling systems to produce coils of various thicknesses, ensuring stable mechanical properties and grain structure in the material. The cold rolling unit is equipped with a 20-roll Sendzimir mill and an automatic shape control system, enabling precision rolling across a range of thicknesses with tolerances that exceed international standards such as ISO 9444.
The entire line is equipped with annealing and pickling systems along with multi-stage surface treatment units, supporting a full range of surface finishes from 2B, BA, and No.4 to mirror and embossed textures. Additionally, through the MES production execution system and online inspection equipment, key process parameters such as rolling force, tension, and temperature are monitored in real time. Each coil is accompanied by a traceability report covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface quality metrics.
By integrating direct raw material sourcing, a vertically integrated process chain, and a digital quality control system, we provide global customers with tailored high-precision stainless steel coil solutions that meet multiple international certifications such as JIS, ASTM, and EN.

In order to ensure product quality, we will arrange professional personnel to check product quality, packaging, weight, hardness, etc., according to customer requirements of product specifications, looking for high-quality and cheap cooperative factories in China, to provide customers with one-stop procurement services and quality assurance.

Excellent packaging: waterproof paper and plastic film + iron cover + at least three strapping straps + strapping straps fixed on iron or wood pallets can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during transportation. Generally speaking, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao and Ningbo ports. We have worked with many experienced shipping companies for a long time to find the most suitable mode of transportation for you.
