I Beam Steel is a shape of structural steel used in buildings and it is also known as H, W, wide, universal beam, or rolled joist. They are designed to play a key role as a support member in structures. These beams have the capacity to withstand various types of loads.

Our I-beams are forged from high-strength carbon steel (Q235B, Q355B, A36, etc.) and alloy steel, featuring the iconic "I" cross-section that balances exceptional load-bearing capacity, bending resistance, and structural stability. Available in hot-rolled (HR) and welded types—HR for heavy-duty infrastructure (building frames, bridges, crane beams) and welded for customized dimensions in industrial plants. Compliant with ASTM A36, BS 4 part 1, and GB/T 706 standards, each batch comes with MTC, supporting custom lengths and surface treatments (black oxide, galvanized).

Billets are heated to 1100-1200℃ in walking beam furnaces, then rolled through multi-pass universal rolling mills to shape the "I" profile, with eddy current flaw detectors checking internal quality. For welded I-beams, steel plates are cut to size via CNC plasma cutters, then welded into the I-shape using submerged arc welding (SAW) for strong joints. Post-production, beams undergo straightening, length cutting, and surface inspection—with laser dimension gauges ensuring cross-sectional accuracy. Full process tracing guarantees structural reliability.

In order to ensure product quality, we will arrange professional personnel to check product quality, packaging, weight, hardness, etc., according to customer requirements of product specifications, looking for high-quality and cheap cooperative factories in China, to provide customers with one-stop procurement services and quality assurance.

Excellent packaging: waterproof paper and plastic film + iron cover + at least three strapping straps + strapping straps fixed on iron or wood pallets can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during transportation. Generally speaking, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao and Ningbo ports. We have worked with many experienced shipping companies for a long time to find the most suitable mode of transportation for you.
