The production line employs a fully continuous rolling process, equipped with six-roll reversible cold rolling mills and vertical bright annealing furnaces. A tension closed-loop control system ensures stable control of coil flatness. The entire line integrates laser thickness gauges, surface defect detection systems, and online conductivity monitoring devices, combined with hydrogen-oxygen analyzers and micro-oxygen-controlled annealing technology to guarantee material performance compliance with international standards such as ASTM B370 and EN 1652. The production system is certified under the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality management standard and can provide customers with grain size inspection reports, bending test data, and full-process traceability documentation.
