Alloy steel has higher strength and toughness than carbon steel, and its reinforcement effect with the increace of tissue imbalance and tend to be more obvious, and the strength of the alloy steel annealing state than carbon steel has a lot of advantages, and in normalizing, than obviously increase the carbon steel and the strength of the alloy steel after quenching and tempering, the steel reinforcement effect is the most significant. Some alloy steels have excellent thermal hardness and other special properties, such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and magnetic properties.

Our nickel alloy coils are based on high-purity nickel, precisely blended with alloying elements such as chromium, iron, copper, and molybdenum, boasting excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and superior ductility. Covering a full range of grades including Inconel, Incoloy, and Monel, they are adaptable to diverse needs across fields like chemical equipment, marine engineering, and electronic components — capable of withstanding the erosion of strong acids and alkalis while maintaining structural stability under high-temperature working conditions. Customization is available for thickness, width, and surface finish. The coils are tightly wound with precise dimensions, significantly improving subsequent processing efficiency. Each batch is accompanied by a material analysis report to ensure performance accurately meets your stringent standards.

Starting from the selection of high-purity nickel ingots, we achieve component homogenization through vacuum induction melting, followed by hot rolling for billet opening and multi-pass cold rolling to precisely control thickness. Key processes adopt online thickness monitoring and temperature closed-loop control systems, ensuring rolling accuracy error is ≤ ±0.01mm. After cold rolling, continuous solution treatment (800-1150℃) is performed to eliminate processing stress, and surface treatments such as degreasing and passivation are applied to enhance corrosion resistance. Finally, precise slitting, constant-tension winding, and non-destructive testing are conducted. The entire process complies with ASTM/AISI standards, ensuring every nickel alloy coil possesses consistent performance and appearance.

The manufacturing process utilizes a fully automated intelligent control system with digital monitoring from raw material pretreatment through continuous rolling and annealing treatment. Equipped with German-engineered 4-high reversible rolling mills and continuous annealing furnaces, we ensure consistent mechanical properties throughout each coil. Online non-destructive testing equipment provides real-time surface defect and microstructure inspection, while precision slitting units guarantee perfect coiling flatness. Our ISO9001-certified production involves 16 quality checkpoints from molten steel to finished products, ensuring uncompromising quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Excellent packaging: waterproof paper and plastic film + iron cover + at least three strapping straps + strapping straps fixed on iron or wood pallets can effectively protect products from corrosion and various climate changes during transportation. Generally speaking, we ship from Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao and Ningbo ports. We have worked with many experienced shipping companies for a long time to find the most suitable mode of transportation for you.
