The manufacturing process utilizes a fully automated intelligent control system with digital monitoring from raw material pretreatment through continuous rolling and annealing treatment. Equipped with German-engineered 4-high reversible rolling mills and continuous annealing furnaces, we ensure consistent mechanical properties throughout each coil. Online non-destructive testing equipment provides real-time surface defect and microstructure inspection, while precision slitting units guarantee perfect coiling flatness.
