Excellent Corrosion Resistance

Hastelloy plates demonstrate outstanding corrosion resistance in various acidic, alkaline, and saline environments, effectively resisting oxidation, sulfidation, chlorination, and fluoridation. With high molybdenum and chromium content, they exhibit strong resistance to chloride ion corrosion, while tungsten further enhances their corrosion resistance. As a result, Hastelloy plates perform exceptionally well in highly corrosive media, including wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite solutions, and chlorine dioxide.


Stable High-Temperature Performance

Hastelloy plates possess excellent high-temperature strength and creep resistance, enabling long-term stable operation in elevated-temperature environments. Their stability under thermal stress allows them to withstand both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres at high temperatures, making them widely used in boilers, heat exchangers, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), and denitrification systems under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Starting from the selection of high-purity raw materials such as nickel and chromium, we adopt a dual-process of Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) and Electroslag Remelting (ESR) to achieve component homogenization and precise removal of impurities at a high temperature of 1400-1500℃. After multi-pass rolling and shaping, the internal stress is eliminated through solution treatment at 1020-1100℃ and precise quenching process. Finally, surface finishing and strict testing are conducted to ensure the stable performance of the plates.
