Our Fire Protection Pipes are manufactured from high-quality carbon steel (ASTM A53/A106) and galvanized steel (ASTM A795), available in sizes from 1/2" to 24" with SCH40/SCH80 wall thickness. These pipes meet NFPA, EN 10255, and BS 1387 standards, featuring excellent pressure resistance (up to 300 PSI) and corrosion protection for sprinkler systems, fire hydrants, and standpipe installations. Custom lengths (6m-12m) and threaded/grooved ends available.

Our fire protection pipes are produced using high-frequency welding (HFW) or seamless hot-rolling, followed by hydrostatic testing (1.5x working pressure) and zinc coating (hot-dip or electro-galvanized). The production line includes automated ultrasonic testing (UT) for weld integrity, precision cutting (±2mm length tolerance), and end-finishing (beveling/threading). The entire manufacturing process is certified to UL/FM global fire safety standards.
